On behalf of the Homeowner’s Association Board, I would like to give you an update on the status of our property management contractor. As you know, in May 2019, we terminated our contract with Full Circle Property Management (Rickert). We selected Clark Simson and Miller (CSM), a remote property management company to serve the remainder of the 2019 fiscal year.
The Board continued to search for a local competent property management company to serve as our property manager. I am happy to inform you that we finalized a contract with Onyx Realty. The transition from CSM to Onyx has already started. We believe Onyx is a good fit for the neighborhood and is ready to serve our community. We hope to use their services for many years to come.
In the following pages of this mailer, Mr. Douglas Davis, Onyx Realty President, provides you with an introduction letter about the company and their services. A face-to-face introduction of Onyx will take place at our next Board meeting in April 2020. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
