ABOUT
US

Our neighborhood is a premier golf-oriented community in Hilliard, a suburb in northwest Columbus, Ohio. Our community was established in 1994 and consists of 188 homes. We enjoy several lakes, wonderful green spaces, and one of central Ohio’s premier golf courses.

The homes in Heritage Lakes are nestled within the Heritage Lakes Golf Course. Heritage Lakes and Fairway Commons at Heritage Lakes are two communities adjacent to one another, with one Homeowners Association. There are 23 homes in Fairway Commons and 153 in Heritage Lakes. Homes in Heritage Lakes and Fairway Commons are a minimum of 2700 square feet; the average is about 3600 sq. ft.  Selling prices range from $450,000 to $800,000. Fairway Commons has one public entrance, one street, and two cul-de-sacs. Heritage Lakes has one public entrance, four streets, and three cul-de-sacs and a private gate controlled access through the golf course with access to the clubhouse and Main Street. Gate access is a privilege granted to the residents of the community and controls are rented directly from the golf course.  The Heritage Lakes Golf Club is one of a few courses in the country with a paved road across the course for residents to drive to the clubhouse. The roads in Heritage Lakes and Fairway Commons are divided with landscaped islands which are maintained by the Homeowners Association through yearly dues.

The Heritage Lakes Homeowners Association consists of all volunteers.  Our success depends on neighbors who are willing to dedicate their time and effort to help our community. Together we can make and maintain Heritage Lakes as one of the premier communities in central Ohio.
